Denise Emerson is a Certified Lifestyle Coach, Certified Mindset Coach, Certified Detox Coach and a Certified Metabolic Health Coach. She is also currently studying and working to complete her Certification in Nutrition.

She began her lifestyle coaching business in 2015. In 2020 she decided to rebrand her business and change the name to reflect more of a lifestyle coaching business with her new business name “Healthy is the New Sexy Weight Loss & Wellness Club, LLC.

She was inspired to start her business shortly after she began her own weight loss and wellness journey in March 2015. Denise enjoys a lifestyle of being “medication free” and loves to coach, educate and mentor others on living a healthy lifestyle and reaching their goal weight. She is the co-owner of 2 businesses with her husband, “Bad & Boujee Boutique of Jewels”, an affordable online costume jewelry company and “The Coffee Cat”, an online Speciality Coffee Company. She recently added an online Speciality Tea Company called “SereniTTea” Specialty Teas to her business portfolio.

Denise is a 2x international bestselling author with a contribution in an Anthology entitled “I am More Than Enough” and her personal Anthology project entitled “ Love, Lies and Lessons” which was released on her 55th birthday in June 2021.

Denise was born and raised in St. Louis, MO but now resides in Orlando, FL with her husband Ivan. She is a foodie and loves to travel and she enjoys eating at exotic restaurants. She continues to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle in her 50’s.
